You wont learn to speak French, but it may help you hook up with someone who does. Some of the quotes are practical, while others are funny! Not really enough quotes to get your way around a city.
I would say that this is an okay app-- great idea but should probably be checked by some real frenchies before publishing. Some of the translations are pretty bad or the chosen phrases are just really bizarre and not really what people would actually say -- in a pinch if you speak no French though I guess it would help a bit
